Just finished my 1 mile recover run. The races yesterday was great. I enjoyed is so much. I ran a solid steady pace the whole time. I told my brothers and buddy, Martin, that I don’t think I’ve ran a better race in my life. It was a great race. I was pleased with everything.
I like the course change from last year. And the medals are just as great as last year.

This will be a race that I will be at every year.
