It’s the Top 10, so let’s have fun with the number. The best of the best. If you were going to list your top 10 songs to run or workout to, these would be three of them. I’m hoping one of them is “current.”
Something Old: Songs that are at least 5 years old. (I know that isn’t too long to be considered old, but music turnover happens quickly.)
Something Current: Songs that have been released within the past year.
Something to Consider: This is the wild card category. Feel free to list any song: old, current, guilty pleasure, underground, whatever.

This week I just wanted to start setting my base. After taking a few weeks off after cross country season, I have decided to get back at it. This week I started easy with just running a few miles everyday.

Operation Jack Marathon! So stoked that they got a picture of me!
Do I have enough running shoes? I don’t know. I could probably use a few more pairs. All of my shoes are great! Love them all!!
Instead of posting my training for each individual day, I will just be doing a training post once a week. This training post will review that weeks training. This should make for better posts.
