Wednesday Run: Easy 6 Miles
Today was a nice easy run. I have been recovering this whole week. My goal for this has been to just run 6 miles a day at a nice easy pace. I feel like if I do that then I would get a good amount of mileage in but with a lot less soreness and stress.
I enjoyed this run. I did an out and back, 3 miles out and then 3 miles back. The street I ran on is one of my favorite 6 miles, out and back, because on the way back it is a slight downhill all the way. That makes for an enjoyable run.
Here is my stats from dailymile, strava, and garmin stats:

SHOE REVIEW ROUND-UP (ISSUE 4)
This is going to be my fourth shoe review round-up. I love reposting and sharing reviews of shoes to get new shoes out and let people know about the minmal shoe market. I’m going to keep each preview short so the overall post isn’t too long.
Comment: What’s your favorite out of this bunch?
Adidas adiPure Adapt
- @runblogger (ow.ly/cBNbp) - I’ve had the adidas Adapts since early this year, but will openly admit that I have not run in them very much. My reason is a rather silly one, but it’s one that I think is going to cause a lot of...Continue Reading

MindFX Energy Giveaway & Product Review
This will be my first Giveaway and first Product review. I hope to be able to do a product review every other week.
This is a product review on the energy drink that I received in the mail today. I have been trying to find a good solid drink for endurance athletes, like myself. I have been greatly impressed with MindFX Energy thus far. Hope you like my review.
ALSO don't forget to take part in the giveaway. I will be giving away a 3pack of MindFX Energy.
***Comment: What is your favorite pre-workout drink?***

MindFX Energy is great for athletes or runners that need an extra push during a workout run. It can help runners and athletes break through the so called "wall."
What is MindFX Energy?
MindFX Energy is a healthy energy drink for endurance athletes. "It is an exceptionally innovative herbal formula designed to assist the body’s blood flow delivering essential nutrients to the brain for sustained peak alertness and body performance*" (MindFX Website). MindFX Energy gives Essential Nutrients for a well balanced mind and it increases blood and oxygen flow to the brain. It also gives energy for increased alertness and better focus and concentration during activities (MindFX Website).

What do I like about MindFX Energy?
I like the fact that it was specifically designed for athletes and active people. MindFX Energy is also low in calories, only 35cal per serving. It tastes great. I can't wait for other flavors to come out. I also like that it gives you energy, focus, and essential vitamins.
Why would I recommend MindFX Energy?
MindFX Energy is a great product. It is very worth buying. The price is near the same price as most of your other energy drinks, however, MindFX Energy is much better for you. This is a product that I would consistently buy and use because it's great for endurance athletes and the pricing is very reasonable.

Wednesday Run: "Back at it!"
It feels great to be back running after taking 2 days off. I took 2 days off from running and working out because for the last two weeks my ankle was hurting and really sore. It was getting better last week, so I made the decision to take 2 full days off to rest.
Today my ankle felt great!
Here is a little more info on my Wednesday run.
